The Center reaches out as a light of hope and a place of refuge to primarily urban, at-risk, unchurched youth and their families, using all resources available, to see these youth come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Through the mentoring process each person is brought to the point that they would be able to walk with God daily in a pleasing way, with the goal of mentoring others in their walk with Jesus Christ.
The mentoring process is done through one on one discipleship, we believe this is the best way to teach and lead a person to Jesus Christ. This mentoring also includes tutoring, sports and counseling. We realize that we must think and go beyond the four walls of a church building viewing the streets as the church, the homes, jails, and prisons as the pews and the people and gangs as our congregation.
Housing, feeding, clothing and education are also an important part of Hallelujah Faith Ministries.
It is important to be with the youth where ever and when ever they might need. For the love of Jesus goes to everyone that accepts it, whoever they might be.
