This ministry is evangelical, and embraces members of all leading evangelical denominations. Qualified workers are accepted, irrespective of national or denominational affiliations. Candidates are expected to satisfy the board of directors as to their soundness in faith on eight unchangeable foundational truths. Should the views of any of these truths subsequently change that person must be prepared to resign.

1. The divine inspiration and consequent authority of the whole canonical scriptures
2. The doctrine of the Trinity
3. The fall  of man, his consequent moral depravity and his need of regenration
4. The atonement through the substitutionary death of Christ
5. The doctrine of justification by faith
6. The true church is composed of all who are born again, that the Holy Spirit baptizes all believers into one body, endowing the church with the gifts needed for it’s work.
7. The eternal life of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost
8. The resurrection of the body, both in the case of the just and of the unjust
